Directors will review major projects before submitting to PV ACC. The office will take care of paint color submissions.
Establish procedures and processes for approving/denying proposed architectural modifications to existing units. To review plans submitted by homeowners for enhancement of property. To make sure all homeowners stay within the guidelines of approved architectural features on each unit. Be aware of and guide our members through the process and procedures established by the PV ACC and the Village. If approved, verify if work is in line with the approved plans.
